Low resolution files and screenshots will be rejected. Orders can ship as soon as the same or next business day, but they typically take 3-7 business days to process, regardless of the shipping method selected at check out. Making our staple products in-house gives us the ability to maintain our high quality of standard and gives us creative freedom to constantly add new products we know you'll love. Most of our products are handmade — with some being made to order as well — and will sometimes require a special lead time. All same day rush orders are subject to the production availability for the day. If we cannot accommodate your rush order you will be issued a refund.No refunds once your job has begun production.
